Wedding Gown Return Policy

Wedding gowns may be returned with a 10% restocking fee. Custom gowns, such as petite cut, or extra length gowns, are not returnable for any reason.

 

We feel confident at Alleanza Bridal, that you will love your gown. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, credit or refund, less a restocking fee and less shipping and handling fees. Please measure carefully and choose the correct size according to our size guide to prevent having to pay the restocking fee.

 

If you feel the size is not going to work, we will exchange the gown, if another size is available. Keep in mind, if one is not in stock in your desired size, it will need to be sewn for you. Only two gowns will be sent to same customer or address.

 

You must follow these steps before returning wedding gowns:

  1. Call for an authorization number within 48 hours of receiving your purchase
  2. Mail your purchase postmarked within 48 hours of receiving it with the authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box.
  3. Item must not have been worn, altered, or be damaged in any way. All tags must have been left intact on the item.
  4. Insure the package and send to the return address, postage paid, within the 48 hour time period.
  5. Once your item has been received we will issue an exchange, credit or refund, less the restocking fee and less shipping and handling charges.

 

If these steps are not followed or items are sent back without an authorization number, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

 

Special Occasion Dress Return Policy

Special occasion dresses may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if tags are still attached. If you would like to exchange the dress for a different size we are happy to do so, but please be aware that many dresses are in limited edition fabrics. If you feel you need to exchange your dress for a different size, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will hold a dress for you in another size, if it is available. There are no restocking fees for our special occasion dresses.

 

For special occasion dresses follow these steps:

  1. Please call ASAP if you are hoping to exchange a dress for a different size.
  2. Mail your purchase postmarked within 30 dats of receiving the original order.
  3. Item must not have been worn, altered, or be damaged in any way. All tags must have been left intact on the item.
  4. Insure the package and send to the return address, postage paid, within the 30 day time period.
  5. Once your iten has been received we will issue an exchange, credit or refund.
